Hard look in to our own lives.

The high unemployment rate in South Africa and probably the biggest part of the world is the cause of most of the depression and negativity we face day to day. The ones lucky enough to have jobs or a career experience depression and negativity by kissing ass 80% of the day to keep that job. Sitting 20 to 40 years in a position where we are going nowhere slowly. Some of us run our little legs off to get in the bosses good books. Why do we humiliate ourselves like that? Why do we have to feel smaller than what we are from heart? You know who you are, what you can do, what difference you can make in your OWN life. How many of you have seen that program Clean House? Personally I think it’s a great program. They take ordinary people... Yes, you heard me, ordinary people like you and me and teach them how to let go. So how many of us can let go? how many are there who can say that I am happy, I can let go. My job is secure and I am fine.



Money

is the key to everything in life on earth, without it you cant do anything, today’s life of depression, illnesses and worries that is what our lives have come to. In this blog I want to share with you the 3 keys to life. Money, health and food. I will tell you exactly how to turn the wheel in your life. For now I will touch every subject in light but my full in detail book is for sale. Money is the factor in life that keeps us going, pays the bills, put food on the table, buy clothes and medicine. If you are earning a salary how are you managing it? After paying the entire bills do you have enough to survive do you have that little extra in case of emergency? How much do you put away for your retirement? These are the questions that goes through every ones mind and leads to the most depression cases I have come across. Have you ever googled free money making ideas? Try it, the world has a totally new concept of free. In today’s world free means pay, pay, pay.

    Before I start with food let focus on something in between that will lead us to Food. We are what we eat! How many times have you heard that one before? That is the biggest
    BULLS$#%T ever. It should be we eat what you are. Agree? Food don’t make you what you are, you do. Carbohydrates, Calories, fats and so on. You really want to tell me that the food that you put in to your mouth is what you are? So shit at the end of the process? (Sorry for stating it that way). Go to the mirror look at yourself and say ten things that make you great and ten things that make you bad. List them (example of full daily exercise in guide) and follow the exercise every third day for a better you. This is all about you and how to improve yourself and for what you are worth only the best. DON'T EVER FORGET IT. Now look in your bedrooms, garage and laundry. Yes your house is your castle it is who are. CLEAN HOUSE (You will see where this is getting to.) cupboards floors kitchen sinks, garage, and garden. Is this who you are? You are totally happy with your house inside and out side. If you are then don’t even bother reading this any further. If you aren’t then you will see how your house is linked to your what you eat, and what you eat is who you are. (Getting the picture?).     Food

    is the most important part of a day to day living, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am not going to tell you don’t eat that or only eat greens.
